“Pantrophos” is a strange name.  It comes from two Greek words: “Pan”, meaning “everything” and “Trophos” meaning “to nourish.”  I am playing on the term “polytrophic leadership” coined by friend and mentor, Dr. Kenyon Baird, the famous sports psychologist and management consultant.  His goal, and ours, is to train leaders to nourish the people within their organizations with a sensitivity to each individual.
